Summary: Few people seem to know this, but Bollywood cinema has a tendency to veer off into the most off-the-wall plotlines and sequences ever seen. It would appear that when it comes to making action sequences as creative as they can be, there are few restrictions for the utterly absurd. And what's more awe-inspiringly absurd than people getting picked off by a tiny insect who also happens to be the reincarnation of an unjustly murdered youth?

History: Nani is head over heels in love with his neighbor, that much is known. However, the poor girl is also eyed by the greedy industrialist Sudeep, who kills Nani in cold blood to get him out of the equation. However, Nani manages to come back through reincarnation...as a common house fly. But upon seeing the one he loves and Sudeep, he realizes that vengeance is in order, and with some help from the girl, he plans on utterly ruining the evil man before going in for the kill.

Final Fate: After bankrupting Sudeep and leaving him paranoid as all Hell, Nani is mortally wounded by him. Luckily, the fly manages to fly into a small cannon while on fire, igniting the loaded gun, shooting Sudeep, and causing the bullet to hit a canister that triggers a large explosion, finishing the job. Nani dies, but later reincarnates as yet another fly.

Powers/Abilities: Extreme intelligence, dexterity, and durability for a fly.

Weakness: Anything conventional.

Scariness Factor: 2-Many things get in the way of Nani being truly frightening. For one thing, all of his targets were horrible people who scheme and kill. Also, he's made from some rather cheap CGI. And above all, no one seemed to just get the idea to unload a can of bug spray and be done with it. All of that said, it would be unwise to underestimate such a skillful and evasive assassin.

Trivia: -In order to figure out how to make a fly emote, director S.S. Rajamouli covered Nani's actor in a cloth and had him do several body language exercises to get the right idea.

-Up to that point, this film was the biggest one in India to have a combination of live-action and CGI effects. While Rajamouli was initially displeased with how it looked, he was so far into it that he let it slide.
